With not a lot of time left before the summer transfer window slams shut, FC Barcelona<\/a> are still working to finalise a couple of last-minute operations.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

One such operation involves out-of-favour midfielder Marc Casado, with the Blaugrana<\/em> keen on parting ways with the academy graduate and trim the squad during the final hours of the transfer window. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The Catalans have been working hard to find a solution for the midfielder, who has known his situation for months and has been assessing the various offers received with his representatives.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Now, according to SPORT<\/a>, Deportivo La Coruna have made a strong late push to sign Casado on loan from Barcelona<\/a>. The proposal has emerged almost at the last minute, but the midfielder is seriously considering it.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Casado\u2019s future currently appears to come down to a few options. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

The first is Turkey, where clubs have been pursuing him for some time and are looking to sign him permanently. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Then, there is Bayer Leverkusen who are also interested, with a move to the Bundesliga club said to appeal to the La Masia<\/em> graduate<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Now, Deportivo have also emerged as a strong option for Casado. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The Galician club are putting together an ambitious squad after returning to La Liga<\/a>, making headlines with signings such as Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Deportivo are building a project to help them compete strongly in La Liga<\/a> and avoid relegation back to the second division. And, as per the report, there is a possibility that the opportunity could appeal to Casado.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The Barcelona<\/a> star likes the idea of remaining in Spain, playing in La Liga<\/a> and joining a team assembling an attractive squad. He would also have the opportunity to play regularly and continue his development.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Moving to a club outside Spain would mean leaving Barcelona<\/a> permanently through a transfer, whereas Deportivo\u2019s proposal would be a loan, allowing Casado to remain under contract with the Catalans. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n

However, journalist Matteo Moretto<\/a> adds that Bar\u00e7a<\/a> director Deco has not yet given the green light for Casado\u2019s move to Deportivo as he wants to assess offers for a permanent transfer.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The next few hours will be decisive as Casado weighs up all his options before making a final decision on his next club.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
