Tottenham<\/a> would be in \u201ca three-horse race\u201d for the La Liga<\/a> title with Real Madrid and Barcelona if they played in Spain, according to Jamie O\u2019Hara.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Spurs<\/a> have had a terrible start to the new Premier League<\/a> campaign with Roberto De Zerbi already coming under pressure to turn around results.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Tottenham<\/strong><\/a> lost their first two matches against Brentford and Newcastle United before being held to two goalless draws versus Nottingham Forest and Everton.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

That has left Tottenham in 17th position<\/strong><\/a> after spending over \u00a3300m in the summer as the board looked to avoid being sucked into another relegation battle after back-to-back 17th-placed finishes.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Despite Tottenham struggling in the Premier League this term, former Spurs midfielder O\u2019Hara reckons De Zerbi\u2019s side would still challenge for the title in the Bundesliga and La Liga.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

O\u2019Hara said on talkSPORT<\/em><\/a>: \u201cThe Premier League is like a super league. No one can compete.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Presenter Jason Cundy asked O\u2019Hara where Tottenham would finish in the Bundesliga, to which he replied:\u00a0\u201cI would say second, but it would be a title challenge with Bayern Munich.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

\u201cIt would be PSG and Tottenham fighting it out, and LaLiga would be a three-horse race. I am saying Tottenham because I am a Tottenham fan, but I also think Bournemouth would be the same.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

\u201cSpurs could 100 per cent win the Bundesliga. You have only got to beat Bayern Munich, that\u2019s it. In LaLiga, it\u2019s a three-horse race, and that is how strong the Premier League is.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

When put to O\u2019Hara that Atletico Madrid knocked Tottenham out of the Champions League last season, the former Spurs midfielder was defiant in his stance.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

O\u2019Hara responded: \u201cThey are guff. They are not good. They are only good because they are playing in a crap league.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

\u201cWe 100 per cent finish third in LaLiga. I don\u2019t think it is ridiculous what I\u2019ve said.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

\u201cThe Premier League is too strong for every other league. I watched AC Milan the other night, and they are absolute garbage.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

\u201cI am telling you, we would bop teams in Europe. Europe is guff. They are nowhere near good enough.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

\u201cIt\u2019s just pointless. The Europa League is boring. The English teams get to the final.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Tottenham have \u2018got a disease\u2019 \u2013 O\u2019Hara<\/h3>\n<\/p>\n

Speaking after Tottenham\u2019s latest disappointing result<\/strong><\/a> as they lost 3-1 to Liverpool in the Carabao Cup earlier this week, O\u2019Hara said: \u201cSeriously, what is going on?<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\u201cI feel like everyday I wake up and it\u2019s the same thing. Every single time Spurs play, I look at the fixtures and I\u2019m like, \u2018Spurs are playing tonight, alright, here we go, get beat.\u2019<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

\u201cI don\u2019t know what to say. It\u2019s groundhog day.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

O\u2019Hara continued: \u201cThis is the perfect night again for [fellow pundit Jason] Cundy. When is my night? I\u2019ve been here for five years and I\u2019ve had one good night. One. The Europa League final, that was it.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s absolute guff, it really is and I\u2019m sick and tired of it. I know it\u2019s all great and everyone enjoys it but this is actually getting ridiculous.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\u201cWhere do Spurs go from here? We have got a disease. We don\u2019t know how to win. Even when we score we get beat, Every single game no matter what, Spurs get beat. Spend \u00a3400million \u2013 get beat.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
